These balls come with a sheet of useful exercises. These are high quality balls which last well. For best results, they need to be blown up very firmly, and you might need to do this over a few days as they stretch initially. We recommend:
A ‘Pony Ball’ (55cm diameter) if you are under 5 foot or 1 metre 52 cm.
A ‘Thoroughbred Ball’ (65 cm diameter) if you are under 5 ft 4 inches or 1metre 63 cms
A ‘Warmblood Ball’ if you are over 5ft 4 inches or 1 metre 63 cms.
